Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a leader role at an organisation and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. We are seeking for a Project Manager mainly responsible for executing UPW projects in Taiwan and supporting Korea and Japan projects if needed.

It’s required to engage all facets of water or wastewater treatment projects across the different technologies such as UPW, UF/MBR, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Electro Deionisation (ED), Ion Exchange (IX) and thermal. The ability to relate to engineers and technicians of various experience levels also represents a challenge.


Job Objectives


  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet schedule and deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Managing large and diverse teams
  • Work closely with Project Management Leaders for assignment directions, schedule & revenue reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Make sure EH&S compliance
  • Engage safty work practices


Preliminary Requirement


  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Science field) OR Technical/Trade Certification
  • >4 years’ experience in project construction, execution or management, preferably in UPW & wastewater treatment industry.
  • Skill of using Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Power point, Project) & Auto Cad
  • Mechanical knowledge to discuss with customer & engineer
  • Basic I&C knowledge to discuss with customer & engineer
  • Familiar with UPW, Resin, RO, EDI and thermal technologies is preferred
  • Both written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work well with internal/external clients and co-ordinate and manage conflicting situations
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations in Microelectronic industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
