Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for supporting E&I design review & development as assigned by Manager
  • General understanding of the industrial E&I standard practice and requirement
  • E&I Engineering lead to support the design development, installation, startup and validation of process control systems, electrical systems. Coordinate with other engineers, project managers, and suppliers to assure a complete and timely design and implementation
  • PLC Control system design, development, instrument/control integration, SCADA interface and integration
  • Develop E&I design output documents, including but not limited to, control system architecture, I/O List, signal interface list, electrical diagram, block diagram, wiring diagram, loop diagram, C&M matrix, instrument data sheet, control description, and so on
  • Plant I/O(signal) management for various system integrations
  • General understanding of power distribution architecture and configuration.
  • Control and Instrumentation system technical bid evaluation(TBE) to proceeding procurement activity.
  • Develop and execute scheduled and preventive maintenance works, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
  • Execute and complete PM task according to allocated time frame and resources
  • Design new or modification of existing E&I panels.
  • Engineering support of Troubleshooting, Installation, commissioning, maintenance and testing of equipment on-site
  • Provide technical solution related to breakdown issues in the area of responsibility
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities process improvement, and maintenance of equipment and machinery according to engineering principles and safety regulations
  • To succeed in this E&I Engineer role, you must have experience strong knowledge of automation and control.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • At least a degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in related field
  • Required engineering related skills, industrial automation, specializing in Schneider, AB, LS or Siemens PLC, SCADA, and DCS
  • Comprehensive understanding of water and wastewater processes
  • Capability in handling equipment’s problem and provide technical analysis to solve problems
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including but not limited to, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and AutoCAD.
  • Strong ability to manage details
  • Language : English (Above intermediate level)
  • PLC program capabilities.(Optional)
  • Willingness to travel to external domestic and international supplier sites
