Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carry out on-site job assigned by the management of Service Function.
  • Report on time according to request of the management, including but not limited to workhour /timesheet, service /site report and any other kind of paper on assigned job applied.
  • Deliver on time the related report, technical report, etc. according to the Contract /PO and/or instruction by the management of Service /Project Management.
  • Cooperate closely with the company internal concerns to maintain good service quality to the customers, support commercial /execution to maintain the business without losing for failure in the implementation of project /treatment program and poor site service.
  • Maintain good relationship with the customers, execute the activities required to generate value for customers and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and follow the company quality management system.
  • Act in according to EHS regulation of the company and the customers, ensure the site HSE “zero accident” target.


Detailed Description:

  1. CMS service
  • Main work includes routine site service work, site trouble shooting, communication with customer production personnel, service report drafting out.
  • Take regular system inspection and maintenance based on SUEZ-WTS contract including but not limited to:
    • daily water sampling and field test for the samples in cooling systems, boiler system and other systems;
    • collection of customer production process data;
    • dosing equipment inspection;
    • chemical dosage adjustment and chemical dosing;
  • Maintain dosing equipment system operate smoothly, and act on trouble shooting if any.
  • Give feedback and guidance in time to technical concerns on site, seek for internal resources for complicated issues.
  • Maintain operation data /chemical dosage & consumption record, issue daily service report internally and externally to the customer if requested.
  • In charge of chemicals consumptions internal order and store.
  1. Engineered System Service/Chemfeed System
  • Assist customer to receive the goods on site and instruct customer storage the goods properly if there is special requirement.
  • Installation supervision for equipment supplied by SUEZ.
  • Pre-commissioning visit and EHS (SDSP) / installation verification.
  • Support lead engineer on creation and updating of commissioning documentation and procedures
  • Conduct commissioning / start up for simple SUEZ supplied equipment / system on remote site.
  • In house and on-site training for clients.
  • Trouble shooting for operation issues
  • Customer Service after the system acceptance when required.


  • Qualifications Required:


  • College degree in chemical /chemistry, environmental, electrical, mechanical or other related engineering majors;
  • 2+ years’ experience in water treatment industry and ability to maintain equipment system;
  • Common oral English communication skills and good English reading ability to read and write relevant technical reports;
  • Customers focus, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Fit in high trip on business;
  • Work with AutoCAD, knowledge in on membrane technology, experience on cooling /boiler water system and commissioning and start up for UF/MBR and RO plant are considered as plus.
